Optimisation of the green synthesis of Cu/Cu2O particles for maximum yield production and reduced oxidation for electronic applications

Taguchi method with an L8 orthogonal array and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to evaluate the effect pH, amount Cynara scolymus L.(artichoke) extract (AE), copper salt concentration (SC) temperature (T) on optimization green synthesis microparticles respect maximization yield production and, for first time, minimization oxidation degree microparticles. Results indicate that pH AE have greater influence Cu/Cu2O yield. While T XRD confirmed Cu2O phase over mixture, reducing from 83% 31%. Spherical particles 324–711 nm observed electrical resistivity (69/31 wt%) was 1.52 × 10 −3 Ω.cm.
